The Journey
I'd always dreamed of being my own boss & after many years of working for others, I took a leap of faith & decided to just do it. That was two years ago. Being a prolific knitter (having been taught by my grandmother when I was only six) I was passionate about making beautiful accessories to bring a bit of colour, glamour & warmth to any outdoor occasion.
I was further inspired after hearing a group of very smart ladies in a London cafe discussing how they dread winter, how drab they felt having to put their glamorous summer wardrobe away & wrapping themselves up against the cold only to wait to reemerge next spring!
That was me convinced! Over the following eighteen months, I set about designing fabulously stylish beautiful cashmere winter warmers to enhance any winter outfit in lovely colours that work equally well in the city & in the countryside.
Now, I hope all will look forward to the cold winter months! The journey I embarked on has led me to the point where I'm now launching my very own label 'Victoria Chester'.
